1. Material Connection Disclosure

Funded Hunt has material financial connections with certain prop firms featured on this Platform. We may receive compensation when you click an affiliate link or use a discount code and subsequently make a purchase. This is a "material connection" as defined by the US FTC under 16 CFR Part 255, and an "advertisement" under the ASCI Code (India). This disclosure is made prominently and in good faith in compliance with global affiliate disclosure requirements.

2. How We Earn — Revenue Model

Revenue is earned through: (a) referral commissions paid by a prop firm when a user purchases after clicking our affiliate link; (b) discount code tracking — when a user applies a Funded Hunt code at checkout; (c) potential future sponsored/promoted placement, which will always be clearly labelled. Funded Hunt does not currently charge users any fee. The Platform is free to use.

3. Affiliate Code Independence

All affiliate relationships, tracking links, and discount codes used on Funded Hunt are independently obtained directly from each prop firm's own affiliate or partnership programme. We confirm that: (a) we do not sub-source, resell, or redistribute affiliate codes belonging to any third-party comparison platform, aggregator, or intermediary; (b) we do not use another platform's unique tracking identifiers or branded affiliate codes; (c) each discount code displayed is either independently negotiated with the respective prop firm, or obtained through that firm's publicly available affiliate programme.

4. Firms We May Have Affiliate Relationships With

We may have current or future affiliate relationships with any or all prop firms listed on this Platform: FTMO, FundingPips, The5ers, FXIFY, E8 Markets, Alpha Capital Group, FunderPro, FundedElite, Blueberry Funded, GOAT Funded Trader, Topstep, Apex Trader Funding, Funded Trading Plus, City Traders Imperium, TX3 Funding, FundedFirm, Calvoro Funding, Maven Trading, The Funded Room, For Traders, BrightFunded, QT Funded, FundedNext, and others added in future. The word "may" is used because affiliate agreements are subject to change.

5. What Affiliate Relationships Do & Do NOT Affect

We will never inflate a Trust Score, suppress a negative finding, or alter a pros/cons list in exchange for a higher affiliate commission or direct payment.

6. Discount Code Validity

Codes are verified at time of publication but may expire or be changed by the prop firm at any time without notice. Always verify on the firm's official website before completing your purchase.

By accessing Funded Hunt you unconditionally represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; (b) you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety; (c) you will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws while using this Platform.

2. Nature and Scope of Service

Funded Hunt is an independent online information and comparison platform. It does not: operate as a financial broker, investment advisor, or regulated financial intermediary; hold, manage, transfer, or access user funds or trading accounts; conduct prop trading or operate as a proprietary trading firm; guarantee the accuracy or currency of information about any prop firm; or act as agent for any prop firm listed unless explicitly stated. All transactions between users and prop firms occur directly on the prop firm's own platforms and are governed solely by that firm's terms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership. All original content on this Platform is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and international conventions (Berne Convention, TRIPS Agreement). This includes: all original editorial text, firm descriptions, and taglines; Trust Radar 8-criteria framework and score assignments; AI Matching Quiz architecture and logic; tool designs (Logbook, Journal, Tracker, PFPoints); platform design, UI, and visual language; and the "Funded Hunt" brand and trade dress.

3.2 Permitted Use. Personal non-commercial viewing; sharing links for non-commercial purposes; brief quotation (under 50 words) with attribution to Funded Hunt and a link back.

3.3 Prohibited Without Written Permission. Copying, reproducing, or distributing our original content; using content to build a competing platform; automated scraping or data harvesting; commercial exploitation of our content; framing or mirroring this Platform; impersonating Funded Hunt.

3.4 Third-Party Trademarks. Prop firm names and logos are used under nominative fair use for editorial identification and comparison only — not implying any affiliation.

3.5 Data Sourcing. All factual prop firm data was independently sourced from each firm's official website. We do not copy, derive, or reproduce data from any third-party comparison platform, aggregator, or database.

4. Platform Independence Declaration

Funded Hunt is independently created, owned, and operated. It has no affiliation with, partnership with, endorsement from, or legal connection to any other prop firm comparison website or aggregation service, including but not limited to PropFirmMatch, FX Scout, Funded Trader Report, or any similar service. All scoring frameworks, editorial methodologies, tools, and platform designs are original works of Funded Hunt.

5. Permitted and Prohibited Conduct

You may: browse for personal non-commercial purposes; use tools for your own trading records; share links for non-commercial purposes.

You may not: violate any applicable law; engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity; transmit spam or malware; impersonate any person; attempt unauthorised access to Platform systems; interfere with Platform performance; harvest user information; or use this Platform in any way that damages Funded Hunt's reputation.

6. No Warranties

This Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

7.1 Cap. Funded Hunt's total liability to you shall not exceed INR 0 (zero), as the Platform is free of charge. 7.2 Excluded Damages. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. 7.3 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify Funded Hunt from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of this Platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes your acceptance of revised Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice or liability.

9. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Affiliate Disclosure, Risk Warning, and Copyright Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Funded Hunt.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Information Technology Act, 2000, and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Users accessing from outside India are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.

11. IT Act 2000 — Intermediary Compliance

Funded Hunt operates as an information intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) of the IT Act, 2000, and complies with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Unlawful activity on this Platform may be reported to Indian law enforcement authorities.

2. Data We Collect — and What We Do Not

2.1 Anonymous Analytics Only

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data: pages visited, session duration, device type, browser type, operating system, approximate geographic region (country/city level), and referring website. This data cannot identify you personally.

2.2 Device-Only Storage (We Cannot Access)

Challenge Logbook, Trade Journal, Growth Tracker, PFPoints, Quiz results, and cookie consent preferences are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device. We have zero access to it.

2.3 What We Explicitly Do NOT Collect

• Name, email, phone number, or any contact information
• Financial account details or payment data
• Trading account credentials or prop firm login details
• Sensitive personal data (DPDP Act 2023 / GDPR Article 9)
• IP addresses stored against identifiable profiles
• Any cookies other than Google Analytics

3. Legal Basis for Processing

• Legitimate Interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): Anonymous analytics to improve Platform performance.
• Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) · DPDP Act Section 7): Google Analytics cookies are only set after you accept the consent banner.
• We process no Special Category data (GDPR Art. 9) or Sensitive Personal Data (DPDP Act Section 2(t)).

4. Cookies

We use only Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) — analytical, anonymous. We use no advertising, retargeting, social media tracking, or third-party marketing cookies. You can decline all cookies via the consent banner on first visit, or withdraw consent anytime by clearing browser cookies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any user data with any third party except: (a) Google Analytics — anonymous aggregated data only; (b) legal authorities if required by law, court order, or government request under IT Act, 2000 (Section 69). When you click affiliate links to prop firm sites, those firms' own privacy policies apply — we have no control over their data practices.

6. Retention

Google Analytics data: maximum 26 months (GA4 default). Device-stored data: retained until you clear it. We retain no server-side personal data.

7. Your Rights

India (DPDP Act 2023): Right of access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and nominee designation. EU/UK (GDPR): Right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. California (CCPA): Right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale (we do not sell data). 8. Children's Privacy

This Platform is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect any data from minors.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures consistent with our obligations under the IT Act, 2000 and DPDP Act, 2023. No internet transmission is 100% secure — use this Platform at your own risk.

1. Challenge Fee Risk

Prop firm evaluation challenges require payment of a fee — non-refundable in most cases. If you fail the profit target, breach a drawdown limit, violate a trading rule, or fail to meet minimum trading day requirements, your challenge fee is forfeited. Industry estimates suggest 80–95% of challenge attempts result in failure. Funded Hunt makes no representation that you will pass any challenge.

2. Funded Account Risk

Passing a challenge does not guarantee payouts or funded status. Prop firms may: dispute specific trades and refuse payout; change terms, rules, or payout policies after you have passed; delay, reduce, or refuse payouts citing compliance; cease operations or enter insolvency; or terminate funded accounts without explicit reason. Funded Hunt is not responsible for any failure by any prop firm to honour its obligations.

3. Simulated Trading Environment

Most prop firm challenges — and many funded accounts — operate in simulated (demo/paper) trading environments. Trades may not be executed in real markets. Prop trading challenges are not regulated financial products under SEBI Act, 1992, nor under the FCA (UK), CFTC (US), ASIC (Australia), or any other financial regulator. They are private commercial evaluation services and are not subject to investor protection schemes.

4. No Income Guarantee

Prop trading is not a guaranteed or reliable source of income. Payout figures displayed on this Platform are for informational and illustrative purposes only. Past payout data is not indicative of future earnings. Funded Hunt makes no representation that you will generate any income from prop trading.

5. Platform Information Risk

Data displayed on Funded Hunt may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always read and understand the prop firm's own current terms and conditions in full before making any payment.

6. Regulatory Non-Status

Funded Hunt is not regulated by SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, or any Indian financial regulator, nor by any foreign financial regulatory body. We are an information platform only. You have no investor protection rights in respect of information obtained from this Platform.

7. Risk Mitigation Recommendations

• Read the prop firm's official Terms and Conditions in full before purchasing
• Research independent reviews on Trustpilot and other neutral platforms
• Start with the smallest available account size to test the firm
• Never commit money you cannot afford to lose entirely
• Practice on a personal demo account before spending on challenges
• Diversify — do not rely on a single prop firm for income
• Be sceptical of firms with no verifiable payout history

Funded Hunt owns the copyright in all original works published on this Platform, protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 (Section 13) and internationally under the Berne Convention and TRIPS Agreement. Original copyrighted works include: all editorial text, firm descriptions, taglines, and written analysis; Trust Radar 8-criteria framework and score assignments; AI Matching Quiz architecture, question set, and weighting logic; Challenge Logbook, Trade Journal, Growth Tracker, and PFPoints reward system designs; overall platform UI, layout, dark theme colour system, typography, and navigation structure; and the "Funded Hunt" brand name and associated trade dress.

2. All Rights Reserved

All rights are reserved. No part of this Platform or its content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, broadcast, adapted, or exploited in any form or by any means without prior written permission of Funded Hunt, except as expressly permitted in Section 3.

3. Permitted Uses — Fair Dealing

The following uses are permitted under the Copyright Act, 1957 (Section 52) without requiring prior consent, subject to proper attribution: personal research or private study (non-commercial); criticism or review — quoting under 50 words with Funded Hunt credited as source and a link back; reporting of current events by journalists with attribution; sharing links to this Platform for non-commercial purposes.

4. Data Sourcing Declaration

4.1 Source Independence. All factual prop firm data — including challenge fees, profit targets, drawdown limits, payout splits, leverage, platforms, account sizes, and trading rules — was independently sourced directly from each prop firm's official website or official communications at time of data entry. We maintain internal records of the source URL and approximate date of data capture for each firm.

4.2 No Derivation from Third-Party Platforms. Funded Hunt has not copied, derived, extracted, or reproduced any data, content, or database material from PropFirmMatch, FX Scout, Funded Trader Report, or any other prop firm comparison or aggregation platform. Our data was obtained at origin — from the prop firms themselves — not from any intermediary service.

4.3 Factual Data and Copyright. Under the principle confirmed in Eastern Book Company v. D.B. Modak (2008) 1 SCC 1 (India) and Feist Publications v. Rural Telephone Service (1991) (US), raw factual data such as numerical trading rules does not attract copyright protection. However, our selection, arrangement, presentation, and editorial commentary applied to that data is our original expression and is fully protected.

4.4 Database Rights. The compilation of prop firm data on this Platform constitutes a protectable database. Funded Hunt asserts database rights under applicable law including EU Directive 96/9/EC and equivalent protections in other jurisdictions.

5. Third-Party Trademarks — Nominative Fair Use

Prop firm names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this Platform constitutes nominative fair use — use of a trademarked name solely to refer to the actual brand for editorial comparison, identification, and information. This does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement. Such use is protected under Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India) Section 30(1) and equivalent provisions globally.

6. Copyright Infringement — Takedown Procedure

If you believe content on this Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, submit a written notice to [email protected] containing: your name and contact information; identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; the specific URL on this Platform where the alleged infringing content appears; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and a declaration that the information is accurate. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and respond within 30 days. Where a claim is valid, we will take prompt corrective action.

7. Enforcement

Funded Hunt reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against infringers, including injunctive relief, damages, and account of profits under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and equivalent international laws. We actively monitor for unauthorised reproduction of our original content.
